Everyday's just the same

Horn Section:

i need a 30 minute conducting,

i want to do on all the pieces,

so watch out if there is sectionals,

i will give you the beat,

but i will never tell you which bar am i at,

these things are COMPULSORY in your playing wise,

[1] watch

[2] look up

[3] memorize your pieces

[4] at least play 3 pieces without looking at the scores

[5] able to pitch every note in your piece

i am verrrrrrrrrrrrrrrry vexed, and frustrated already,

so please, follow what i have said or told you,

if i have to repeat what i am going to say,

you better watch out,

some of us in the main band,

have to cross over to the alumni band to help them,

there is no French Horn Alumni player,

so shihui and me have to help them,

Li Ting, i cannot understand why,

and yet you cannot turn up for alumni band practices,

i want to know, why?

is it that you want to go shopping?

is it that it is just the same like main band practice?

is it that you are very tired? feel like sleeping?

we are also very tired,

saturday, is the day for sleeping, relaxing,

but you think carefully,

if you are going to continue doing this,

then i also can do the same thing as you!

if you never turn up for those few practices,

shihui and i might just pass out,

we both are not robots leh,

think think think,

if your characteristic is like this,

please change it,

i do not want to see this anymore, is that clear?

Everyday's just the same

Horn Section:

i know today Mr Faizal is a bit relaxed,

but you all should be,

today i can excuse,

but next practice i want a serious one,

no more jokes,

no more wrong pitchings,

no more wrong fingerings,

and COMPULSORY to know your chromatics!!!

basically, for the next sectionals,

excluding the next week tuesday exchange and Mentorship,

the rest of the days, if there is sectionals,

i will make it compulsory,

i do not see why a person,

who is sick for 2days, like dexter,

who is absent today, and yet come for sectionals yesterday,

and junisa is also another example, whom yet never come today,

and yet bear for weeks, shes got 2 busy posts,

i do not see why you, li ting cannot do the same thing,

if you are unwell, just come for band or sectionals,

this is not once already,

hello, your high G cannot even pitch properly,

then how are you going to play OG and SW?

i am not going to tolerate this anymore,

whoever is feeling unwell/sick, you better jolly well pass me an MC to prove it to me, on that particular day itself, no excuses allowed.

Everyday's just the same

Horn Section:

from today onwards, i sometimes will be pleasant with you,

and i might be fierce to you,

so please do not take it into your heart,

take it positively,

no negative sign,

if i give your a specific time, please be punctual,

if you are late i will be worst than unpleasant,

consequences will be very strict.

there is less than 15 days,

i want your to buck up,

your are still not sure about your playing,

your articulation, your dynamics,

all these cant be heard,

at least from guan shin,

he is much more daring,

liting is much more shy to her playing,

but she is still striving her best to play louder,

ferlyn, daring enough to play every single note,

can be heard properly,

the rest i cannot say much,

Yi Lin and ShiHui, they are excused,

because they had finished their "O" and "N" Levels recently,

and had not much time to practice,

the rest i never name out, i want you to be more vigilant in your playing,

i do not want to see anymore things like;

[1] Poking

[2] Slapping

[3] etc...

if i can name out at least 12, you are going to get it from me, is that clear?
